I need help!

I have just finished building my first PC and it isn't showing video.

Fans are spinning, lights are on and the CPU and motherboard are heating up.

I have tested:

Boot without ram

A different gpu

Unplugging any drives

Swiching ram slots

Build:

AMD FX-8530 CPU

MSI 970 gaming MB

MSI GTX 960 GPU

EVGA superNOVA NEX 650 W PSUPSU

i have no beeper

I don't know what to do and I have just spend all my savings on it.

The other gpu I used didn't have hdmi So I had to use vga. Got the same results.
