Hi I have built a new PC and for some reason it won't boot D: I have installed Windows 10 of a usb

and am getting the error MEMORY_MANAGMENT. I believe I have put the ram in correctly but I can't figure out the problem. Please help!

PS I have configured the bios but I don't know if I did it correctly

Specs

I3 6100

16gb Corsair Vengence Ram

Asus gtx 750ti

Msi z170a m5

Corsair CX700

Nzxt s340

The ram is running at 2144mhz check if that is the correct speed for the ram

Do you have any other storage drives?

If theres 2 ram sticks make sure they are put into the same coloured slot
