Yes the GTX 960 is a good power friendly card, you should use Pcpartpicker it will show you all of your total wattage price, etc.

Yes but I'd look into a better quality PSU than the barely acceptable CS

You'll be fine. The CS series, while on the budget end, is rather good, much better than the CX series :P
