Cooling for a 604 Intel socket

So I bought a bit over half a dozen Intel Xeon E7340 and now I'm looking for a way to cool those suckers, but finding the right coolers have not been "hard" but they all seem a little too pricey if I need the same amount as I have CPU's, so I was wondering if there was a way to use a more modern cooler with some ghetto solution that fits the 604 socket..?

So what project are you using them for?

Well, I got inspired by the video Linus and the team made, so first of all a system that boots and from there maybe, if possible some gaming but if that's not possible, then casual use will be fine too. I know about the coolers online from eBay and amazon, but I was thinking that maybe I could use some sort of third-party cooler that could be mounted with zip ties or something like that.

Some of those are okay, but my biggest concern is the shipping cost since I live in Denmark.. Like I'm not going to be a cheap ass but spending $ 60 on one single cooler seems a little too much.. So was wondering if there were some coolers that I could maybe zip tie or something on the motherboard and get if not the same but close to the same cooling.
