Best Editing Program for "COD" Edits

I currently have a choice between different programs to use:

 

Sony Vegas Pro 13 (Used it for years now)

Adobe Premiere Pro 2015 

Adobe After Effects CC 2015 

 

For COD edits I expect people to choose After effects due to the main reason you need the most effects as possible.

 

So, what is the Best Editing Program for "COD" Edits?

AE and Premiere if you're already planning on paying the Adobe CC subscription fees.  They integrate and work well together.  Keep in mind that Premiere is the video editing program, AE is the motion graphics and special effects program.
