Does Dreamweaver have live preview?

Yes

I use Notepad ++ but it doesn't have any live preview i think.

Eugh...Dreamweaver......

It's alright for beginners, but godDAMN does it feel bloated with its interface.

 

Honestly, just using a text editor and having your site in a web browser so you get the next best thing to a live preview ought to be enough.

Okay so Ive recently desided to get into html and css and right now Im using notepad and really want a real time view of want Im doing 

any suggestions

http://sublimetext.com/3

they dont have a live preview, but i just run

cd /path/to/my/html/&&python -m SimpleHTTPServer

and connect to it on 127.0.0.1:8000 :D
