Corrupted Windows [poll-pls respond :) ]


This happened only when I had windows XP.

CPU:Intel Core i3 3210 Mobo:MSI B75MA-E33  GPU:Intel 2500 HD Graphics  SSD:Adata SP600 128gb  HDD:Seagate 1tb 7200rpm  

PSU:Corsair CX430   Case:Antec ASK4000bU3  Monitor:Dell S2240l 21.5 inch 1080p

Why is there no 0 option? it has never happened to me

Yeah ive also never had a piece of hardware fail, or anything like that

Yeah ive also never had a piece of hardware fail, or anything like that

the worst I have had was a corrupted windows... pretty much im using that as an excuse to upgrade my storage that I have, moving from hdds to ssd + hdds finally on my main system :/

it can still corrupt, it has nothing to do with the storage medium really, and if you lose data on an SSD its impossible to get it back (or at least harder) than a mechanical drive

 

If you need to upgrade, then upgrade. you dont need excuses

I'd say 9 out of 10 people have had issues with Windows one way or the other, and just either 1) never knew and 2) blamed it on something else.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

I was going to end up upgrading next year but this makes me upgrade it now and not later on... only thing is im trying to figure out how much storage of each to get but i'll figure that out eventually

Well I have about 1tb of SSD space now, it really depends what you need to store, and what programs and games you want to run off it

Not necessarily a corruption, but Winrar once glitched on me and somehow screwed up my entire filing system. Every time I tried to fix it, two more things went wrong so I just gave up and re-installed. Luckily my PC was very new at the time so it wasn't a huge loss.
