Plan 1 : I will buy a SPEC 02.

No OC or watercooling.

Comes with 2 fans (1 front 1 back).

If I buy a third one to be on top, should it be intake or exhaust? I am thinking intake so it has positive air pressure? (not sure).

How should I set up the PSU?

Plan 2 : Buy Deepcool Kendomen. It's so OP it has 5 fans.... http://www.deepcool.com/product/case/2015-02/9_1721.shtml and its 70$.

Hi,

if you buy a third fan, you should try to mount it in the front or bottom as intake for positive air pressure, and as long as your pc is not on carped you can mount the PSU with fan down on the bottom.

I'd rather install the third fan in the front, that is said to be the most efficient configuration.

Alright so I will do it in front.

What do you guys think about the case I posted lol?

The SPEC-02 looks good, you should purchase 2 additional fans and mount one as an outtake on top and another as an intake on the front. Set the rpm slightly higher on the front fans and you should have some decent positive static pressure. Hope that helps.
