My friend is looking to build a budget $500 gaming pc, however, the budget cannot go over $525.

Needs to run games and programs like 3ds max (though it doesn't have to be extremely great performance-just run enough to the point where he can work in them).

 

No monitor/keyboard/mouse needed.

 

He currently doesn't have a PC (that can run games and programs) and is selling is PS4 to get one.
