Aquire Same Panel or Brand New?

I currently have an Acer 21.5" G226HQL TN panel. I'm quite fond of it, although it's only TN. I'm not too interest in going in IPS realms if I don't really have that subjective precedent.

For my new build, I'd like to have triple monitors run off a 970 and I'm struggling with two things:

  • Should I go to the lengths of using other retailers to ship the old model across of which my local retailer does not stock, or buy three new monitors, and maybe take advantag of the oppourtunity to get anotehr 2" or so.
  • How to connect these. If I go for the three monitors, I can opt for some TNs with DP and daisy-chain them, but going for the current monitors means I have to go to the extent of purchasing two DVI-Ds (or a DVI-D and a DVI-I) and then a HDMI to DVI-D.

I'd appreciate your help.
