So my mother's pc went kaput  , i want to get her a mini pc , just plug a monitor and be done with it . What's the best for the price of sub 200€? thanks in advance.

when you say mini-PC, do you mean something like an intel NUC?

well, i don't really know a whole lot about those, tough this one seems to be pretty good for about 100-ish bucks.

i dunno about the pricing in greece tough, and it only ships as a barebones kit, meaning that it still needs RAM and an SSD for it to work. tough those are pretty cheap these days. and if you get a windows key from /r/microsoft software swap, you might be able to just barely stay within your budget.
