Multi-platform headset

HI guys

I'm looking for a wireless headset that I can use on my Xbox, Ps3 and Pc.

All I want is for it to work everywhere and I don't care about a mic or mic compatibility. I will use it mainly at night so I don't wake up everybody when I'm gaming. So far I'm looking at the steelseries spectrum 7xb...

Thanks Guys

Amd Fx8150, Crosshair V Formula,  2X4gb Corsair Vengeance 1866mhz Memory, Msi 7950 twin frozr in Crossfire, OCZ Vertex 4 128gb ssd, 2tb WD Green, Corsair H100, Corsair 600T Chassis.

This is a good option, the Turtle Beach PX3, but if money isnt a problem I would get the Astro A50, they are great for gaming and for music. Also the MixAmp that comes with the Astros is a great amp for headphones/headset.

Those Turtle Beach PX3 looks cool, but I've never seen Astro A50 here in South Africa but the turtle beach I can get.

Eh... Turtle Beach products are kind of bad, imo. If you're just looking for something that works on all three platforms without fussing around, I guess they'd work until they inevitably develop problems. I've never heard of a long-lasting Turtle Beach headset devoid of issues.

I'll always recommend a separate headphone and mic, and there's adapters you can get for console systems, like the SteelSeries Cross Platform Mixer. If you're dead set on a headset (am I turning into a rap artist?)  I'd recommend the SteelSeries Siberia V2 over any Turtle Beach, and it comes with that mixer if you ever decide to upgrade to real headphones. I am unsure if these are available in your region at shops around town, however.

I have been using a the Turtle Beach PX5 since 2010. They have been very good for console gaming, but they are not for music listening. I didn't have any issues except from interference from other wireless devices that I have nearby, but you come to expect that from a wireless device. However, a seperate pair of headphones and a mic is always superior. Nowa that I have made the switch from console to PC, my Turtle Beach is not as cool as it used to be, but they are pretty okay.

I'm never going to use the mic so if I can get headphone without one I'd be happy with it.

And I can get that Siberia V2 here with that adapter. Would that be my best bet?

I have some last suggestions, if they don't make it for you then the Siberia V2 is your only solution. Take a look:

1

2

3(they recommend an adaptor for PC use)

4 (they recommend an adaptor for PC use)

Hope it helped, mate!

Woah woah woah. If you don't need a microphone why are you bothering with a headset?! Sorry I missed this point in the OP. You can use that SteelSeries adapter with any headphones, but if you don't need the in-game chat from your controller you could find a much cheaper solution to connect to consoles. Do you have a budget we could work with here? Just looked and found out Amazon US will ship eligible items free if the total is above $125.

Lol I'm sorry I just figured you wont get a headphones that has no microphone that works on all platforms...

I was planing on spending between $100-$150. I'm willing to spend more but then it has to be really worth it.

I forgot to ask as well, is wireless something you want? I yes, then just stick with headsets I guess.

I'd prefer wireless but if its wired its not a deal breaker. I'm open to any suggestions
