Minecraft is CPU intensive. A 770 is comparable to a 380X.

Intel Core i7-6700K | Corsair H105 | Asus Z170I PRO GAMING | G.Skill TridentZ Series 16GB | 950 PRO 512GB M.2

There's something wrong with your PC. A 770 > 760. Have you checked your CPU temps?

150 AUD is not enough to upgrade from a 770. You'd need to double your budget at least. And like Czex said, if you can't run minecraft something is horribly wrong with your PC.

What is your CPU temperature, and usage while in a game?

Are you playing at 5K or 8K?

Does your computer seep viruses?

Is your computer actively on fire?

Bruh. $150 AUD is basically nothing if you want to upgrade from a gtx 770. Theres defs something wrong with your computer if you can't play minecraft on a 770, and I suggest you investigate the issue further before spending money on a new graphics card. Im upgrading from a HD7970, and to get something better, like a 970, its like $500+ minimum...
