Long beep, but boots fine

When I put my new PC together and started it up the first time, the speaker made one long beep, but it booted, so I installed Windows 7 and carried on. Later I updated my BIOS to the latest version, hoping this would fix the problem, but it only did partially. Now when I start my PC up from being completely shut down it makes a normal short beep, but if I restart my PC from Windows, it still makes one long beep. Everything works fine, as it should be.

 

TL;DR: long beep when booting, but only if restarting, PC runs fine, no problems at all except this

 

I tried the following: updating BIOS to the latest version, ran Memtest86+, 4 passes, no errors

 

Should I be worried? Could this just be a BIOS bug?

It's just the beep to tell you it's starting up well most likely

Find the little speaker on the mobo and unplug it.

Problem fixed.
