Sennheiser H Wireless static help

So I did my fair share of research, and after browsing across several forums, I found out this: It's a very common issue with the H Wireless to where the left ear is creating a very loud and constant static noise. This can be solved by grounding the microphone, but this then renders the microphone useless, and the wireless function useless. Currently, Sennheiser is doing nothing about, and there is no solution to this problem aside from grounding the microphone.

 

I spent around 250 dollars for it, and I guess it is my fault for not doing ALL the research I could to find errors with it, but I would really like to know if anyone out there has made any fixes for this. I fully understand that wired headsets are ten times less finicky, however for personal reasons I need a wireless headset to function. Willing to try almost anything at this point.

Send it back for a refund and get something else is really your only option.
