Hello. My friend wants to build a good gaming PC with a low budget of $400. I have a few builds in mind but I still need few inputs from others.

He likes to play Dota2, Gunz, CS:GO, etc.

What makes it hard is because $400 includes the monitor.

Im thinking to get Pentium G3258 or Athlon X4 860K.

Now im not sure whether I should get 1080p monitor or not.

With the low budget we cannot get R9 380.

I hope you can give me few inputs. Thanks!

Snip

Sadly, the budget is very limited and $400 should include the monitor. Thanks anyway buddy.
