Rainbow Six Siege Not Starting

LRC350

After I press play via steam, Uplay pops up and starts Rainbow six. After the small title splash screen the game just closes! With no errors......wtf

I've re downloaded and installed the game.

I've switched to the latest nivida drivers, and rolled back too

Also verified the game through steam.

Turned off the overlays for steam and uplay. nothing.

I even tried launching it in Safe Mode, didn't work either.

Checked my windows event log and nothing relates to the crash or rainbow six. But I've noticed a "Security-SPP" around the same time the game does but doesn't mention rainbowsix in the log, may be a coincidence

nothing has worked, anyone have any ideas?

anyone else having this issue? I haven't even played the game yet and I feel like I wasted $80

If it continues and continues, you can re-fund your purchase through the steam support, it's automated and easy.

I don't have the game or else i'd try to help. You've already done most things I'd do my self...so...yea..

Thanks!

Is the game visible/available in your Uplay library?

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Take me down to the console city where the games are blurry and the frames are thirty - Guns N' Roses

Arguing with religious people is like explaining to your mother that online games can't be paused...

Yup and tried launching from there and that didn't work. Also tried going into the common folder in steamapps and start the game from there and that didn't work.
