When modding games using the Nexus Mod Manager website, is there a way I can set the "download manually" button to install to a specific folder?

I am posting this here because this is not really a game question... although if it needs to be moved then alright.

 

I don't want to change my download destination entirely, just a mod's destination when selecting the "download manually" option on the Nexus Mod Manager website. I'd imagine there's some tool out there that'll let me do this, although I'm not sure what to look for... =/
