how do i get a signature and where can i edit it?

In your profile settings, click edit signature

Your signature can be found and edited on your profile. Just click your name in the top right corner and click My Settings, from there you will find a tab named signature.

You click on your username located on the top right corner and click on "My Settings". Once you are at My Settings, click on the "Signature" category located on the left side in order to edit your signature. Please read 5.
