There's a cool story behind the ODAC and O2 amp.  Once upon a time there was this dude named NwAvGuy that liked to get all science-ee on audiophile forums, and eventually got kicked off Head-Fi for his criticisms about a Schiit amplifier that was toasting headphone drivers.  People were like "if you know all this cool science stuff, build your own superior amp and DAC".  So he did, and he made the designs available free to license as long as they don't change anything.  He then disappeared from the face of the earth.  The end.

really? ObjectiveDAC (ODAC) but what is the difference between dac and odac?

The "ODAC" is a product called the "Objective DAC". "DAC" is just an acronym for "digital to analogue converter", which is a generic term for a device that converts a digital bitstream to an analogue voltage suitable for sound production.

ODAC>DAC??

I feel the explanations just havnt made it clear.

A ODAC is a companies model of a DAC. So the only difference is that ODACs are a type of DAC called objective (thats where the O comes from) and DACs are digital to analogue converter.

Ford Focus a model of a car.

Woops soz my bad on the company bit, edited and came up with a better analogy.

The Dick of the audio page!

No, it isn't. There is no company called "objective". The ODAC is developed and controlled by Yoyodyne Consulting.
