Best z170 mobo for around 140€?

My cpu is i5 6600k and gpu is r9 fury so i need a mobo that is decent overclocker and has usb 3.1. The store where i'm buying these mobos has deal that you get free ac syndicate with asrock mobos 25€ cashback with asus mobos and 30€ cashback with msi mobos. I'm considering msi m3 (135€) msi m5 (160€) asus a (140€) asus pro gamer (140€) and asrock extreme 4 (135€). What do you recommend. Btw i might do crossfire in the future.

if they both have the features you need go with the cheaper or better looking one
