I have 8gig of RAM ddr3, I forget specifics of it I know it is 1333 and Corsair.

The problem I have is that the RAM hits its limit of 8 gig and then the computer just doesn't work anymore. Even if I close programs and such eventually it slowly creeps up to it's max and then everything becomes not usable. Not right away, but over time it just keeps getting higher and higher towards its cap.

Is this a problem with my RAM? Mobo? I have looked all over for something or a solution can't really find anything. Hoping one of you know something, thank you.

I want to get new RAM this week, but if it is just my mobo it means I will need to buy that instead.
