Is it possible to install windows 10 on my 2nd hard drive on my current pc and just plug it into my new one ?

why don't you install it on the new one

I dont have a usb stick and it would be easier for me to install it now on this drive and just plug and play on my new system

no usb stick?

well you could get one very cheap

or if you can burn a dvd

Yea ill get one if it doesnt work of course but if it would have worked without it

Actually no since they are no drivers installed.

 

Yes, you can but only Windows, you still need to install all drivers on new PC. And remember that you can't activate windows key on two machines at the same time.

unless you have volume licensing

How many home users you know who have that? Usually its retail or OEM. Sometimes you see people with 3 key licensed, but thats all.
