OBS Frames

I want to make a Timelape for a build, and I'm using a webcam+OBS solution. I'm attempting to get it to to have it record 1 frame every second, and I've done that, but I also want each frame, which equals a second, to be 1/30th of a second in the final product. I could do this in my editing software but I'd prefer that it only records that much so I can save space.

 

To clarify, I want to configure OBS so that each second is 30 frames in the video output by OBS, but in realtime each second is one frame. I've set the FPS to 1 already, but that's as far as I've gotten.

I'm pretty sure you're going to need to edit it in editing software to squeeze the video to 30FPS real time

Okay then, I shall do dat.

Yeah, OBS is just for recording and streaming. It would need to encode video two times. Would be complicated and require really much power from CPU.
