No, but I advise spending 5 pounds more and getting this: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-a88xgamer motherboard instead, it's a full ATX, gaming one and you can crossfire in the future.

Nope, 860k+380 would outperform i3+950 in games.
