Precision X 16 Help ("Server" program")

Go to solution Solved by GoodBytes,

AfterBurner and EVGA Precision are identical software. They are both overlays of RivaTuner, witch is GUI for the Nvidia driver APIs (NvAPI) + AMD driver APIs. They wont' provide you any advantages over any other solutions. All passes through the drivers.

he only difference is if you have a MSI or EVGA specialty card, like real special, and you want to use the extra features to boost your overlcock or get info. But normally, it is identical.

Hi everyone, I'm not sure if I should put this in GPU or Software but seeing it is a software, I put it here. Please don't hurt me if it's the wrong spot!

Anyway, I just recently switched to Precision X 16 from Afterburner to try it out. I fully uninstalled Afterburner and installed X 16 using EVGA's website. I have the latest version and I have noticed that the UI is very cluttered and hard to use compared to Afterburner. Anyway, I noticed that there is also the "EVGA Precision Server" in my system tray/notification area. How can i get rid of this or disable it? I read up online to disable framerate and frametime monitoring but that didn't work. Can anyone please help?

Also, I noticed that there wasn't any CPU load/usage monitoring but it is there on Afterburner. Is there a way that I can get that on Precision? Thanks everyone.

BRRRT!
