Yeah, any 1x1 R4 caps will work. They're a little taller than the normal ones, though.

Are you sure, because I read that:

G1 and G2: R4

G3: R3

G4: R2

G5 and G6: R1

If yea, ok.

I have a G710+, go by that sizing. I had all R4 keys down my G-key row and they worked fine, but having those sizes of keys going down the column would have it look more factory.

You can put any row of keycap on any row of the keyboard. It'll look a bit funny, but there is no reason that you wouldn't be able to do it.

Can I change all G programable buttons with R4 (or other size but every one) keycaps?

Thanks.

That's a good question. Keep in mind that the Macro keys are membrane keyswitches, not mechanical, if I recall correctly. So I don't know if the caps are interchangeable. I've replaced about half the caps on my G710+ (I had the infamous issue where the keycaps were cracking and loosening), but none of them were the macro keys.

Edit: I might be mistaken about the Macro keys being membrane. I thought it was this keyboard, but it could've been a different one.

They are definitely not membrane. I just popped one off the check, same MX browns. I believe the profile selectors and media keys are membrane keys.

You're thinking of the original k90 from corsair (or whatever their first big mech board was.)

Yesss that's it. I remember LMG making a big deal about it.

You are of course correct. Frankly, I don't even use the G-Keys on my G710+, and I've never taken the caps off, so I got it mixed up with the first flagship Corsair mech keyboard.

I don't use them either and I think the board would look better without them, but I was checking for my sanity as much as confirming your suspicion.
