The most extreme build in the smallest space. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1w6s3

Should fit your budget of 1500-2000€ (converted around 1850€)

Maybe support this campaign http://www.indiegogo.com/projects/ncase-m1-mini-itx-pc-case

You'll have a tiny case for about 200 euro's (dunno about taxes).

But you will have to be fast, cause there are only a few left (about 40)

EDIT: "estimated delivery: January 2014" that might be a problem

The bifenix prodigy is NOT small. You could also get a mATX case ...

Easy to carry around and small. Not the smallest, but the handles and the sturdy build quality are the selling points IMHO.

Overkill on ram.

You can go for 8GB for sure, or lower speed. I just thought for a 2000€ budget it might be apropriate.

I'd go mATX. Not the smallest but you need decent airflow if you want to run hi-end components at full speed, this is what I got, pretty universal:

i7 4770K with H100i

Asus Maximus VI GENE

Corsair Vengeance Pro 2x8GB 1600mhz

EVGA GTX780 SC ACX

Samsung 840 EVO 250GB

WD Black 2TB

Corsair HX750

Corsair 350D

Universal high end build for both gaming and editting, expandable with more HDDs and you can always put a second 780. You have a color scheme with no interupptions. The case isn't the smallest but it is pretty compact (and lightweight, only 6kg empty) and cools really good. Price: €1869.17

My rig: CPU: Intel core i5 4670K MoBo: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming RAM: Kingston HyperX Beast 2x4GB 1600mhz CL9 GPU: EVGA GTX780 SC ACX SSD: ADATA Premier Pro SP900 256GBHDD: Western Digital RED 2TB PSU: FSP Aurum CM 750W Case: Cooler Master HAF XM OS: Windows 8 Pro

I would go for 8 gigs of ram and no CPU cooler for that build, you could also get away with a lot less fans.

Intel i7-3770k @ 4.5 GHz                               DCUII GTX 680                            16GB Corsair Vengeance RAM

Sabertooth Z77 ATX                                      WD Caviar Blue 500GB+ 1TB      Corsair Obsidian 750D

Corsair TX850M Watt PSU                            Bad Custom Water Cooling          Samsung 840 Pro SSD

to me that 16gb and those extra fans are very beneficial and to me a 1500-2000€ build should have that extras

Most the system builds above seem good enough already.

However, you may want to consider the Coolermaster Elite 130 for a case, it can support a watercooled CPU and full size graphics card. (If its available)

Its also downright tiny, with plenty of ventilation

i7-720qm 1.6GHz | Acer Aspire 8943G motherboard (Al ram heatsink'd heatpipes)  | 16GB Kingston 1066 SODIMM | Radeon Mobility HD5850 1GB GDDR3 | 750GB WD 7200RPM HDD

"Sitting exposed on top of my printer" case (insane airflow)

Usually a desktop priced the same as a high end laptop has double the performance, if not even higher. If you wish to SLI and watercool, you will have to get at least mATX. The best case for you then would be Corsair 350D. You can do 2 way SLI in there and also put a lot of radiators. But if you want to SLI buy something like a 780 now and add one later, it is allways better to go with best single card and adding another later than buying 2 less powerful cards now.

I know that you easily double the performance, and that is the reason i go this time for Pc.

You are right mate, for now is more then enough 780 so in a year or so when i need second one i can easily add. Question is do i really need water cooling?

I mean mobility is very important for me, because in a year i live in 3 different countries and wish to bring my Pc with me, just in very place have another monitor that is all.

So next question is, do i need water cooling or not? Thanks guys!

An AiO watercooling, like the H100i should be enough for you. The Corsair 350D is pretty compact and it easily fits into airplane, but not into the seat itself, car trunk and train shouldn't be a problem too. It actually depends on how much you work out because fully loaded it weights around 9-10kg. But if you move it just from a house into the car etc. it shouldn't be a problem either. And even if you don't go for an array of radiators, I strongly recommend this case for it's great air cooling ability.
