Cheap server/vps - help

Hi,

First of all,

1. I'm looking for a "cheap" server

2. I am from BE

3. I don't want to pay every month to a website for a VPS..

I have here some parts and i want know if there are good to have a good VPS

What do you plan to use the server for ?

What is your upload speed (if you plan to access from remote locations this could be a key factor)

Its yeah, to host some things at like some servers for games or anything like that, some programs etc / upload speed is good and port forwarded no problems with
