Vivo customer support is amazing, I had an issue with my monitor stand, so I emailed them.  I had a response within 10 minutes, and it fixed within 30. Meanwhile I submitted a request to Valve about a game breaking issue almost a month ago, and haven't had a response yet.

Just remember: Random people on the internet ALWAYS know more than professionals, when someone's lying, AND can predict the future.

Yeah screw valve support lol, I find it faster to fix the issue myself then ask Valve
