I wouldn't pay more than $20 for that, but maybe you can sell it to someone who knows little about pc's for like $50. But I wouldn't expect it to move fast.

Depends where you live. In Canada you could probably sell it for 50$~75$. 5 years ago, that price would get you a Pentium 4, 512MB of RAM and some GPU that's even older in a used PC store here. RAM is expensive in Canada, just that 4GB of RAM alone would be something like $50 if bought Brand new.

 

10~15 for the ram, 10~15 for the HDD, 10~15 for the CPU... rest of the components 10~15, you get your price. (again, this is in CAD, this is 1/3 to 1/4 of the brand new price of the parts)
