What kind of PSU is it? If it's from a good brand with a good efficiency you should be able to handle the higher end cards just fine.

Depend, what else you got in the build? 600watt is most likely enough. Though, I wouldn't try to put another one in there.

I highly doubt AMD will make a card that makes it so that you require more then a 600w power supply, they would struggle badly to cool that.

First,let the card come out. But for time being ,I go with yes though! Can u tell the other parts of the build?and it would be less for a crossfireX that card .

Not all animals are equal, as so aren't the PSU's. What's your exact model?

 

But on an educated guess, I'd say you're good with 9950. In any case, you will surely be able to power the 9850 :D
