Strange Freezing

So a few days ago random times my pc froze up forcing a hard reset. I tried re seating my ram and gpu to see if it would fix the problem and it did for some time, but the freezing started happening again and the same solution fixed it. I have a feeling it may happen again, any ideas on why this is happening?

Run Memtest 86 to see if it is a ram problem.

 

and run FurTest or Unigine Valley/Heaven (monitor the GPU temps)

I did both already with no issues or errors found

I also used to get the BSOD stating "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION" and "IRQL_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL_TO" both linking to ntoskrnl.exe when these problems arose

Its just noted as a critical shutdown due to loss of power, which normally happens when i hold the power button or press the reset button
