So Christmas is coming around and I would like to get a PC.This will be my first one so I will not be doing any overclocking or fancy stuff like that. I would prefer it to be Intel but it does not have to be. The use of this will be primarily gaming and maybe a little bit of video editing on the side/ uploading to YouTube. I have a monitor so I don't need that but I would like this build to offer support for dual monitor use and I don't know how to check that so please let me know. I am not sure if I need a sound card or not I have a headset that I will be using with it (astro a40s) so please let me know if i will need that. So now the price range it needs to be less than $700 USD the LESS the better. I have started on a build which I will link here http://pcpartpicker.com/p/fnrXD3 but I don't know where I can cut edges on this so please tell me or just start me over if it's that bad. If you have any other questions please ask them away. Thank you and have a nice day:)

This 8320 should be plenty of power for gaming, the s340 is a nice case and gskill memory is great. i would save some money and purchase an external optical drive and buy maybe a small cpu cooler such as a hyper 212 plus. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/CfTR7P keep in mind that US tax is included.

I used the 8320 because the 4460 has integrated graphics and you would be paying more money for something you wouldnt use anyways because you would have a 970.

Current Build: Core i7 4790k @ 4.6, Asus Maximus VII Hero, Corsair Vengeance Pro 2400mhz 8gb (2x4gb), GTX 980ti, NZXT Kraken X61, Fractal Define R5  EVGA Supernova B2 850w, Some 300gb hard drive.

What would you recommend if I decide to go even cheaper like 500USD

This pentium is hyperthreaded so it will be as fast as a quad core without hyperthreading. The board is actually quite nice, supports some good ram speeds and support for sli. Still went with the s340 because its just a really good case for $60. I would save up and buy an extra cpu cooler, because that pentium can be overclocked to about 4.7 ghz on air. Should be able to get a decent amount of overclocking done on that board too.  I know you said you werent interested in overlocking, but when you have a $500 budget, we're trying to squeeze every bit of performance we can.

Video that i recommend watching:

It's a video about this dual core staying even in performance with the best amd 8 cores in most games. Sometimes it even outperforms it. This little dual core is no joke and packs quite a punch.
