Best GPU around £150 or $226...

Yoo Song Won

Wanna get the best GPU for the price and it can be second or third hand...

Thinking of getting any of these:

AMD Radeon R9 380

AMD Radeon R9 280X

AMD Radeon R9 285

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680

AMD Radeon HD 6990

AMD Radeon HD 7970

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960

AMD Radeon R9 280

Also, how does memory in GPU's effect performance?

A r9 280x or a R9 380 is a good choice.

At that price, the R9 380 is your best bet.

The 380 (4GB) has dropped to about £170 on Scan at the moment. The 380X is about £20 more but either of them would be good

At that price range, I'd go for a heavily discounted 970 or a refurb 970.
