PSU Fan bad?!

MACGYVR

Just built my beast of a pc in September

i have been hearing a weird popping sound like a fan out of balance.

i thought maybe the cheap fans that came with the case went bad already no big deal, well i did the trick where you stop the fan that you think is making the noise

and if the noise stops when you stop the fan then you have found your problem.

but i did that and found that it is the fan i my psu....

i didnt stop my psu fan btw just stopped all the fans except it and it was making the noise. dont lose your minds

i have it mounted fan down pulling air from the filtered bottom inlet.

should i check for debris  or what? has any one else had this problem, of a brand new psu fan making racket?

how do i fix it or is it fixable without having to get a new psu which i dont want to do.

and before anyone says it, NO I will not just live with the noise, it bothers me in thinking somethings wrong and is very distracting. when you drop $1200 on a new pc and its still brand new, a sound like this is unacceptable

Should'a got 80+ Gold

(I know it doesn't make a difference on the fan but companies making Gold PSU's will have good fans)

You cant really replace PSU fans without a risk of killing yourself (no joke)

i know thats why i am afraid i might have to replace it already for something better. :(
