Hello, people. I'm here in need for some help. I'm looking to build a small workstation pc. The main thing is , it has to be cheap, something like 300euros. My concern is with mobo, cpu and psu.

I need them to be durable, reliable, compact and just getting the job done. So probably I need a micro-ATX mobo, a 350-400w PSU and a cpu. That's where you good people come in. I need a suggestion with  intel  or AMD cpu (specific , reliable models would be nice), also suggest a micro-ATX mobo and a PSU. Thank you!

I'm from Lithuania. There's no need for a GPU, this PC will only be for networking/word/excel/movies no gaming at all. It just needs to be reliable and cheap.

That's a nice build. Actually I used fx 6300 and that mobo in my builds a lot, on budget gaming pc's. But most of the parts we don't have in Lithuania and they really are more expensive(+20-60$). Still thanks !
