MSI Afterburner activates my GPU OC on startup.

My motherboard also allows me to force max turbo on all cores under load, which is a nice feature, but I can't OC this chip much anyway as its a non-K skew.

But its left at a MINimum frequency of 3.9Ghz in Windows anyway at boot (even at idle, it sips stuff all power)

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
