My friend is planning to get a PC but he only plays Dragonest and LOL at the moment, probably FF14 as well by next year.

most of the shops here sells skylake cpu already so it'll most probably be 6600K for the cpu and he is planning on getting a 24 or 27inch monitor. :D

I came up with this. Im no expert but this is already overkill for those games.. Casing is not included since I believe it should depend on the users taste.

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($184.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Asus H170-PRO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($110.00 @ B&H)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 380X 4GB NITRO Video Card  ($233.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12II 620W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($55.25 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $857.19
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Edit: I picked 6500 since I believe there's no need to OC and further improvement will cost more $ than the added performance.

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X | MOBO: Gigabyte B550 Vision D | RAM: Crucial Ballistix RGB 32GB 3600MHz | GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3070 Vision D | PSU: Seasonic Focus+ Gold 750W

if i were to let him choose R9 380X, i'll let him get the MSI one not because of being a fanboy but because Sapphire GPU are very rare here xD

Yea you can change it to any brand as well as the other parts it wont hurt the system. You can also get just R9 380 if you want to save more.
