Im on a tight budget since Christmas is coming, i have to allocate my money wisely.

So here's my plan, my friend has G3258 and he's not using it so im gonna build a PC from it and will replace it with i5-4460 after I get few budget.

I will purchase everything brand new except for the G3258 from my friend.

Processor: Pentium G3258

Mobo: Asus B85M

RAM: Gskill RipjawsX 2x4GB CL9 1600 DDR3

SSD: Samsung Evo 850 250GB

HDD: 500GB WD Blue

PSU: SeaSonic S12II 520W 80+ Bronze

Casing: Deep Cool Tesseract SW

I will be building this one w/o GPU yet since I want to wait for R9 380x here in my country or maybe I'll get R9 380 if price difference is big.

I wanted to build it now so I can use it for browsing and watching videos and just add GPU later this december once it's available.

By January i'll purchase i5-4460.

Is my pc gonna be okay?

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X | MOBO: Gigabyte B550 Vision D | RAM: Crucial Ballistix RGB 32GB 3600MHz | GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3070 Vision D | PSU: Seasonic Focus+ Gold 750W

I say get a z97 board instead. You can OC that G3258, and then get a 4690k later.

Save money by buying a cheaper SSD or HDD.

7800X3D - MSI B650 MAG Tomahawk - 32GB 6000mhz CL30 - Gigabyte 3080 TI - 2TB NVME - 1000w PSU - ID Cooling 240mm AIO

But OCing will require more money right?

On SSD everyone is recommending 850 Evo that's why I listed it.

Very good build, however, when you decide to get a R9 390 you'll need to upgrade the power supply. 520W is not enough.
