Upon receiving the air 540; I was a little too excited for my own good, I've been let down!

I bought the AF140 Quiet fans for the top and rear exhaust. When I tried installing the rear exhaust, it wouldn't fit. Seriously?....The rubber pieces get in the way but I've discovered if you pull hard enough you can get this fan in. It's just the rubber pieces are pressing HARD against the one side of the case. Think this might cause any issues?

As far as dust filters go...do I really need one for the top (2x140mm) and the PSU(ax860i). I plan on getting some fly screen for the bottom because I eagerly ordered the case and didn't realize it was wide open. Will small magnets effect any internal components?

Thanks guys!

Magnets dont affect computers, they dont affect hard drives as many people think, if you open a hard drive you will find a very strong earth magnet in it.

Fly screen isn't small enough. Use women's stockings or pantyhose (Yes it's strange but it works)

The top doesn't really need (I assume exhaust) unless you leave your system sitting around for a long period of time. Small magents to hold it in place should not be a problem at all. Some filters such as Silverstone's and the like are magnetic, I use one.

Awesome! Thanks for the quick replies. I'm air cooling this system so right now I've got 3x120 SP performance for intake and 3x140mm AF for exhaust, the noctua nh-d14, asus z87 pro, 4770k, 16GB corsair vengeance pro(silver), evga superclocked gtx 780 w/ acx cooling, samsung 840 pro 512GB, and the corsair ax860i. Not the prettiest color combos in the world but not the most awful either. Thinking of throwing in some white LEDs. What do ya think?

Also man keep an eye on these forums this has been noted here before. It is possible to mod the case to make it work also, its just a little metal lip that is in the way. As I said to the last bloke though, if that is the biggest issue with the case then overall I would rate it a solid case.
