Replacement for Asrock C2750

Hello,

I am considering building NAS. Looking at articles, blogs and videos all point to C2750 as de facto standard or best option. Now, all these articles are from 2014, and we are approaching 2016.

 

I was wondering what are my other options within 420€ budget (amazon.de) to replace this motherboard/cpu combo and be as close as possible with performance, features and energy consumption?
