new motherboad need help

Hey guys i need some help to chose between theese 2 motherboard 

 

 

ASUS Z97-PRO GAMER ASUS Z97-A 

 

they cost the same in denmark within 10 bucks or so.

 

i have brought an i5 4690k and will overclock a bit 

 

The one with the best features or the features you need the most.

These boards are really similar; I wouldn't worry too much about it. If you have a case with a window I'd just pick the one you like the look of more. 

 

If you need some distinguishing features, the a has a couple extra internal headers like an extra fan header and an (internal) thunderbolt header, as well as an onboard display port. Audio on the gaming has more audio features like a 6th audio jack, though it's unlikely any of this will be important to you. If you plan to game a lot, the gaming might have some features you'd like such as the Gamefirst LAN thing; the A board on the other hand in a dual interconnect. 

 

In conclusion, don't worry and pick red or gold.

If you make a post contradicting mine that doesn't directly address my claims, or cites 'facts' without evidence, I'm probably not going to bother responding to it, because you probably didn't bother reading my post properly, and because life is too short. It doesn't mean I don't have an answer for you. It means I'm not dignifying you with a response.

You don't get 2 LAN ports. Again, this shouldn't be a make or break thing for 99.9% of users.
