This but get a H97/B85 or H81 mother board as you wont be able to overclock the CPU regardless.

It gives him the ability to upgrade his CPU later on.

I don't see much room for a CPU upgrade with a 390 on 550W, especially if he overclocks.

I've updated my build based on some responses, what do you guys think of this now?

 

P.S I don't think I'll need such a strong gpu, since I won't be playing super demanding games, and I also don't think I'm going to upgrade any parts in this build other than maybe adding more RAM

what are you trying to do on this PC?

Still, get a R9 380, not a GTX 960. It's around the same price, and the 380 is a much better card.

 

Also, you don't need an aftermarket cooler, and that power supply isn't very good.
