EDIT: Maybe go for a modular PSU? Will cost you around $25 - $35 more though.

Ok i was kinda worried about the water cooler. I want to overclock, but I was afraid I might have spent too much on the cooler. Is it really worth it to water cool? Thoughts? 

 

PSU: I 600B is pretty effective-ish and NZXT S340 does a great job with hiding all the cables

Well standard air-cooling with an aftermarket CPU cooler is cheaper and is generally fine to do. Watercooling isn't really necessary for gaming in my opinion.
