Windows 10 update - Serious changes to my system
1- No need.Two questions though.
- Do you suggest doing a clean install yet again of my OS or is there no need? I just reinstalled the uninstalled software and everything seems to work as it should with the exception of the AIO-cooler software.
- I now have a folder named Windows.old on my drive, it's several Gb's in size. Does it delete it itself after a while or do I have to delete it manually?
2- This is to revert back to the previous build of Windows. You do so by going Settings -> Update & Security -> Recovery -> Go back to an earlier build. Windows.old will delete itself in 30 days. So if you want to go back, you can. If you do, be sure to check Windows Update "Differ update" check box (Settings -> Update & Security -> Windows Updates -> Advanced Options -> Differ upgrades), so that Windows doesn't re-upgrade you back to the latest build once you go back. It will differ the upgrade by up to 3 month. It will also block any other updates beside security updates.
