PSU Good Enough?

is the psu good enough. on the site it says my build will use 363w. but some say use a 600w. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/LchFvK

But their internal components are shit. Just because people say they're good don't actually mean they are. Just look through the list here:

They're only to be used for basic system builds like office PCs, not a gaming rig. Even Corsair says so. Please get a better quality unit.

using that, i got these 2, which is the best?

Cooler Master RS650-AMAAG1-S1

XFX P1-550S-XXB9

Both are very good, I'd go for the Cooler Master because it's semi modular whereas the XFX is not modular. Can't go wrong with either though.
