Honestly, Notepad++, Sublime, and Atom are all good choices. No wrong decisions there. I do like me some Atom, doe.

Just remembered Microsoft has released an editor called Visual Studio Code for free.

yep ^^^ if its html then brackets is probably one of the best editors

Would Highly recommend NotePad++, freeware and is very awesome :)
