Get whichever is cheapest. RAM is basically bulletproof these days. Pretty much the most un-killable component of a computer.

 

Edit: Derp, they're the same price.

Get whichever you think looks cooler.

I'm getting the ripjaw because it has a combo with my case

G.Skill is more popular, but the performance is the same.
