So my friend is getting a new computer for x-mas but his mom says he cant build it and only get a prebuilt computer, some warranty shit or what ever he tried to argue but nothing, so i found the best computer for 700 $ , his budget - http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1170350-REG/cyberpowerpc_gamer_ultra_gua560_gaming.html    the website has free shipping and the computer looks good for the price. But i still don't know if its the best. what do you guys think?

I think you can select something at NewEgg checkout and they'll build it for you.

 

I'd wait for some of the people that actually know what there talking about before you pick a build. I usually just click highest rated on PCPartpicker

More than likely you could get something better for the price.  But I'd say this one is decent.

Nah Cyberpower PSUs are cheap plastic that will die within a year.

You're not going to be able to get a pre-build for $700.  And his mom is wrong on the warranty, you can get replacement parts if any of them or DOA or fail within the warranty dates.  The only thing that he would have to do is keep the receipts for every part and register them with their respected companies.  Plus you're paying more for a product if a sales person is pushing for any type of warranty.  Plus if you're making a custom build and having a company build it, you're going to pay more because of labor.
